Refund policy

At Vitraas, each artifact is a unique 'Archive' piece, meticulously inspected and sealed within The Vault - our proprietary high-impact packaging system. Due to the artisanal nature and limited allocation of our glass architectures, all selections are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.


The Ritual of Unboxing (Required for Replacement)

To protect the integrity of your acquisition, we require a 'Ritual of Unboxing' video. Please record a continuous, unedited video while opening your package for the first time. This ensures that, should any structural compromise occur during transit, we have the necessary documentation to initiate an immediate restoration.

Structural Compromise & Damaged Artifacts

Due to the artisanal nature and 'Archive' status of our artifacts, returns are handled with sovereign care. Please contact our Curators within 48 hours of receiving your allocation if the glass has been compromised during transit. In the rare event that your artifact arrives compromised:

  1. Contact our Curators at orders@vitraas.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Attach your 'Ritual of Unboxing' video and high-resolution photographs of the damage.

  3. Once verified, we will prioritize a replacement of your artifact. If the specific archive number is no longer available, a credit for a future allocation will be issued.


Non-Verifiable Claims

Reports of damage without the accompanying unboxing video or made after the 48-hour window cannot be honored, as we cannot verify the environment in which the glass was handled after delivery.
