Each Vitraas creation is a delicate interplay of glass and light, requiring a deliberate pace to ensure structural integrity.

Allocation Processing Standard allocations require a minimum of 2–3 weeks for preparation, multi-point inspection, and "Vault" sealing. This window allows our curators to ensure that your piece meets the Vitraas standard of excellence before it leaves our studio.

Bespoke & Custom Commissions For artifacts involving custom dimensions or personalized "Light Architecture," lead times are extended to accommodate the bespoke forging process. Please refer to the specific "Timeline" section on your artifact’s product page for precise estimates.

Logistics & Tracking Once your piece has cleared our final integrity check, you will receive a digital notification with your tracking credentials. All artifacts are shipped via our specialized white-glove partners to ensure safe passage.
